Our minimum orders are based on weight, not unit count. A typical minimum is 500 lbs of finished bags.

Smaller bags weigh less per unit, so the bag count will be higher. Larger or thicker bags weigh more, so fewer bags meet the minimum.

The calculator uses the actual production formula based on your bag type and dimensions. Actual minimums may vary depending on print complexity.
