Extrusion

Printing

Flexographic printing photo-quality output with central impression (CI) technology for precise registration. Process and spot colour matching to PMS (Pantone) specifications.

Converting

Bag making, slitting, wicketing, bottom-seal, side-seal, and perforated tear-off (PTO) capabilities. In-line perforation, perforation, and ventilation options.

Packaging Capabilities

Wicket Bags

Pre-opened bags on wire wickets for high-speed automated filling. Ideal for bakery, produce, and ice applications. Available in flat, gusseted, and header styles.

Rollstock Film

Continuous film rolls for VFFS and HFFS machines. Custom printed with registration marks. Available in monolayer and multi-layer structures for barrier properties.

Gusseted Bags

Side-gusseted and bottom-gusseted bags that expand for bulky products. Popular for pet food, soil, salt, and large-format retail packaging.

Shrink Films
