From 1 lb baby carrot bags to 50 lb bulk bags, our carrot packaging is engineered for the specific moisture, respiration, and visual requirements of fresh carrots at every stage of the supply chain.
Carrots are a high-respiration vegetable. They generate moisture and heat after harvest, which means packaging must balance gas exchange with condensation control. Our perforated films create a controlled atmosphere inside the bag, allowing just enough airflow to prevent fogging and moisture buildup while keeping carrots crisp and fresh. This is especially critical for baby carrots, which have no skin barrier and are more susceptible to white blush and dehydration.
Small Bags, Large Bags and Master Bags
Small Carrot Bags (1lb - 5lb)
Carrots in 1lb, 2lb, 3lb, and 5lb retail packs need venting for respiration plus film strength for the heavier fill weights. We customize a 1.25–1.5 mil film with strategic vent patterns.
Large Carrot Bags (10-50lb)
Larger packs require a heavier mil thickness. Whether you need a 10lb, 15lb, 25lb, or 50lb bag we have your carrots covered.
Master Bags
We keep stock of common carrot Master Bags such as printed 2lb x 24, 3lb x 16, 5lb x 10, and 10lb x 5.
