Soil & Compost Packaging
Heavy-gauge bags for garden soil, soil amendments, and mulch products, no-slip texture and gusseted construction for heavy fill weights.
Bags Built for Soil & Garden Products
Soil and compost products are among the heaviest consumer-packaged goods at retail, demanding bags that won't split, slide, or lose their visual appeal during outdoor display. Friesen Plastics manufactures heavy-gauge soil bags for garden soil producers across Western Canada.
Our soil bags feature no-slip texture surfaces that prevent pallet shift during transport and keep bags stacked neatly in outdoor garden centre displays. Gusseted construction accommodates the volume of lightweight mulch and the weight of dense soil products, while UV-stabilized films maintain print quality through months of outdoor exposure.

Packaging Features
Mil Heavy-Gauge Film
Our Heavy-Gauge polyethylene handles the extreme fill weights of soil products without seal failure or film puncture from aggregate content.
No-Slip Film
No-Slip film surface prevents bags from sliding during palletizing, transport, and outdoor stacking at garden centres and hardware stores.
UV-Stabilized
UV inhibitors maintain bag strength and print vibrancy through months of outdoor retail display, essential for seasonal garden products.

Side and bottom gussets allow bags to stand upright and accommodate the volume of lightweight mulch and compost products while maintaining a neat shelf profile.
