Friesen Plastics manufactures heavy-gauge PE bags and film products for the landscaping, mining, waste management, and agricultural sectors across Western Canada.
Our industrial bags are produced from high-strength LLDPE and HDPE blends with optional UV stabilizers for outdoor exposure. We offer bags from 2 mil to 8 mil in thicknesses, with custom sizing from small retail soil bags to large-format mining liner rolls.
Applications
Soils & Mulch
Printed retail bags for garden soil, potting mix, and mulch. Pinch-bottom and open-mouth styles in 20L to 50L sizes with UV-stabilized film for outdoor retail displays.
Minerals & Aggregates
Heavy-duty bags for salt, sand, gravel, and mineral products. Extra-thick seals and reinforced bottoms for abrasive contents and pallet stacking.
Waste & Recycling
Contractor-grade garbage bags, construction debris bags, and recycling sacks. Available in star-seal and flat-seal configurations up to 6 mil.
Mining & Liner
Custom-width sheeting and liner rolls for containment, covering, and protection applications in mining and construction. Widths up to 20 feet.
