Friesen Plastics produces celery cap bags designed to fit over the top of trimmed celery bunches. This packaging format protects the leafy tops while leaving the base exposed, creating a clean retail presentation that customers expect on the grocery shelf.
Celery packaging needs to be form-fitting to stay in place during handling and display, and clear enough to let the product speak for itself. Our celery caps work for standard celery bunches, celery hearts, and can be adapted for celery stick packaging as well. Our reverse lip allows the bagger to cap the top of the celery by folding the bag around the top rather than taking extra time to heat seal.
