Breadcrumbs and stuffing mixes are dry, granular products that require packaging optimized for shelf stability, moisture barrier properties, and easy dispensing. Friesen Plastics serves bakeries across Western Canada with both retail and foodservice formats.
Our breadcrumb bags use heavier-gauge film (1.4–2.0 mil) compared to standard bread bags, providing the puncture resistance needed for coarse breadcrumb particles and the moisture barrier that keeps dry products crisp. Gusseted construction allows bags to stand upright on retail shelves and provides a flat face for product branding.

Moisture Barrier
Heavier-gauge film (1.4–2.0 mil) keeps dry breadcrumbs and stuffing mixes crisp by preventing moisture ingress throughout shelf life.
Stand-Up Gusset
Bottom gusset construction allows retail bags to stand upright on shelves, maximizing facing space and brand visibility.
Puncture Resistance
